Use Cursed Alarm as a helpful tool.

Agreement

By installing or using Cursed Alarm, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose

Cursed Alarm is a self-help alarm utility. It is not a medical device, emergency-alert system, safety system, or guarantee that you will wake at a particular time.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for choosing alarm times, testing the app on your device, maintaining power and volume, granting required Android permissions, and using backup alarms when missing an event could cause harm or loss.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.

Availability

Android behavior varies by device, operating-system version, manufacturer settings, battery policy, and permissions. Polymad may update, suspend, or discontinue features.

No warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or guaranteed alarm delivery.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Polymad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of or inability to use the app. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app or applicable requirements change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
